Shipping times
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 7–12 business days after dispatch (15–20 for rest of world). Fragile items such as glass products can rarely take up to 15 business days — checkout will tell you if your item is one of them.
Shipping costs (all prices in US dollars)
- United States: free on orders of $49,99 and over, otherwise $5,99.
- United Kingdom: free on all orders.
- European Union: free on orders of $74,99 and over, otherwise $5,99.
- Rest of the world: flat $15, delivered in 15-20 business days. Some countries are excluded — if yours isn’t served, checkout will tell you before you pay.
