1. Our 30-Day Return Policy

If you or your pet are not completely happy with your order, you can return any unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund back to your original payment method.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our support team at support@furritory.com with your order number and item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will send you a prepaid domestic shipping return label and instructions within 24 hours.
  3. Pack the item in its original box and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our distribution facility in Texas, your refund will be processed immediately. Funds typically appear on your credit card or payment statement within 3 to 5 business days.

4. Exchanges

Need a different size orthopedic bed or leash? We offer free size exchanges on all domestic orders. Contact support to request an exchange label and we will send out your new size as soon as the carrier scans your return package.
